Hello, my name is Danny Lampkin. I am happily married to my beautiful wife and we have nine beautiful children. Yes, nine! I am honored to introduce myself as a humble writer, motivator, & retired Veteran [Army & Navy] of 22+ years. I enjoy working out while motivating others to become as physically fit as humanly possible. I am actively involved in my church's Youth Ministry Team.
